1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VaultVA, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and VaultVA.

2. Service Description

VaultVA provides a marketplace connecting businesses ("Employers") with verified virtual assistants ("VAs"). We facilitate matches but are not a party to employment or independent contractor agreements between Employers and VAs.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One account per person or business.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Employer Responsibilities

You are responsible for: defining clear task requirements, paying VAs promptly, and complying with applicable labor laws in your jurisdiction. VaultVA is not responsible for employer-VA disputes.

6. VA Responsibilities

VAs must: complete all assigned skill tests honestly, deliver work as agreed, and maintain professional communication. False skill claims result in immediate account termination.

7. Replacement Guarantee

If a VA fails to meet your expectations within the first 30 days, we'll help you find a replacement at no additional placement cost. This guarantee is void if the issue stems from unclear task definitions.

8. Limitation of Liability

VaultVA's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the incident. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
