We use your information to: match you with suitable VAs, facilitate communication between employers and VAs, process payments, and improve our services. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only with: VAs you match with (for communication purposes), service providers who help us operate (Stripe for payments, email delivery), and when required by law.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access is restricted to essential personnel only.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@vaultva.com. We honor all GDPR and CCPA data subject requests within 30 days.
